Terms and Conditions of All Bookings:

 

 

 THE CONDITIONS OF YOUR ACCOMMODATION BOOKING ARE:

 

1.      Your Accommodation is to be used for holiday/corporate purposes only. All bookings are arranged for the dates you have requested and taken in good faith by Stephanie, but may be subject to change prior to the commencement of the booking. All advance deposits are to be made at the time of booking, (bookings of 1 week or less, 1st night’s tariff paid, bookings for more than 1 week the first weeks tariff paid), all balances paid on day of arrival.  Allocated accommodation may be changed at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any booking should anything arise, which in our opinion absolutely renders the booking impractical. In any event, we shall notify you as soon as possible and do our best to arrange similar accommodation with bedding to match original numbers of people booked, failing which all deposit monies paid will be refunded, but no other claim, right or action or demand shall exist in or be made by either party.

2.       These services are offered in good faith at the time of booking.  Should circumstances outside of our control prevent delivery of the booked accommodation, we will make all reasonable endeavours to source equivalent services at the agreed price and any liability is limited to refunding of amounts paid.

3.        Your Accommodation should be available after 2.00pm and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure, unless prior arrangements have been made and a late checkout fee paid.

4.       In accordance with health authority regulations, dogs and pets are strictly not allowed under any circumstances. 

5.      The maximum number of persons (including children) permitted to occupy the booked accommodation will form part of the booking contract and will be nominated when you make your booking. Overcrowding and extra guests will be allowed with prior arrangements made at an extra charge.

6.    All cancellations must be in writing and are subject to a cancellation fee. No refund of any unused portion of a confirmed booking will be made. Travel insurance is recommended particularly for high-cost bookings.

7.      Please contact Stephanie at the Bed and Breakfast on day of arrival for key allocation during our business hours 9am-9pm daily, and registration upon arrival is required to be effected by the guest with driver's license/photo ID and credit card details provided. If you intend to arrive after hours, please notify the office for book in procedure.

8.      No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our control.

9.      No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on, in or near the premises whilst staying at Stephanie’s, or left after departure.  This extends to acts of nature, fire, theft and pest.  All care must be taken to protect the accommodation and your personal belongings whilst you are accommodated. Doors and windows at the premises should be secured at ALL times. Postage costs will be payable if staff are required to collect/return items left by guests. All lost property will be retained for a period of 45 days, after which it will be disposed of if not claimed. 

11.   All accommodation is for residential or corporate purposes only. Functions, parties and extra guests are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED and PENALTIES APPLY. Any type of function, party or get-together will incur a MINIMUM non-negotiable function fee of $500 and immediate eviction will occur without refund of any balance of an unused stay. Please note that any local disturbance outside your accommodation is not our responsibility, we recommend if it continues to be unreasonable or late hours, to refer the matter onto police, please call 000.

12.   In occupying your booked accommodation, if nuisance or annoyance to neighbouring or adjoining occupiers is determined by Stephanie you could be terminated immediately and the full security deposit forfeited and any costs incurred following misuse of the property will be payable by you and/or charged against the credit card tendered.

13.   As the guest you will be responsible for damage to the property or premises or loss of or damage to any items at the property, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, floors, walls and floor coverings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and the guest will pay to Stephanie’s, the full cost of replacement or repair of any such items damaged or lost. All damage, breakages or losses are to be reported to Stephanie immediately. All furniture and equipment must be left in the premises as originally found.  These damages will automatically be charged to the clients holding credit card.

14.   Guests will be responsible for costs incurred for TV/DVDs which have been detuned by guests or by the attachment of electronic devices, play stations etc. Inclusive of missing remotes controls.

15.   Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys are not always available, however if an additional key is required this must be pre-arranged with management and a $25 key bond applies. Guests requiring a key from Stephanie after office hours will be charged a minimum service fee of $25-00.  Lost keys will incur a charge and in some cases lock smith fees to replace the lock for security.

16.   To avoid an extra cleaning fee of $100 guests are required to leave the premises neat and tidy. Any spillages, fridge, and kitchen benches must be wiped, dishes washed, dried and put away clean, BBQ cleaned if messy, and all garbage must be wrapped and placed in the garbage bin provided. The property must be vacated on time (penalty fees apply without arrangements) and secured with windows & doors locked. All keys must be returned to our office immediately after vacation or left in the same place of initial collection of the premises.

17.  All of Stephanie’s Accommodation has a strictly NO SMOKING policy, a $100 fine applies.

18.   Upon departure of the property, during your stay and at the end of your booking, please ensure all appliances, lights and heating/cooling are turned off or charges apply.  Stephanie provides guests utilities as most of this is included in the nightly rate however "Fair Use Policy" applies.

19.   Extending your stay should be made prior to your departure and can only be accepted when the previous occupation has been satisfactory to Stephanie and the property is still available.

20.  In some cases Stephanie may wish to upgrade you to differently configured accommodation. In this case your original booking conditions will still apply i.e. sold as 1, 2 or 3 bedroom, if you vary from this please understand there will be additional charges for additional bedrooms used.

21.   Any printed, written or verbal description of the booked Accommodation by Stephanie or an employee is made in good faith and to the best of our knowledge; however no responsibility for misrepresentation, errors or omissions can be accepted. All courtesy will be given on genuine dissatisfaction. Any information or terms and conditions contained in related websites are subject to alteration without notice.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT CAREFULLY AS ANY DEPARTURE FROM THESE COULD PERMIT STEPHANIE TO REFUSE THE KEY, AMEND THE RATE OR IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THE OCCUPANCY.
